This form is for the purpose of gathering information to allow the quotation on a Hypaspark personal power and lighting unit or one of its accessories. The Hypaspark unit is made by hand it is a one person operation, I make these in my spare time and as such availability at time of quotation acceptance cannot be guaranteed. I will however endeavor to provide an estimate on a lead time to have your unit ready. Payment will be required when your unit is ready to be shipped. Once payment information has been sent you have 14 continuous days to make payment. After this time period the unit put aside for you maybe sold to another customer. Any customs duties or taxes that maybe payable are your responsibility. Shipment is normally via EMS which takes 3 to 7 business days between major centers. Delivery to PO Box are not advised and usually not possible. If you require a different delivery method please ask. Payment is to be made via Paypal or Bank Transfer and all prices are in US Dollars
The Hypaspark units and their accessories have not been verified for use in Saturation Chambers by any governing body. In using the Hypaspark unit and its accessories you do so at your own risk. Subject to rights under local law(s) that cannot be excluded, Hypaspark shall not under any circumstances be liable, either expressly or implicitly, for any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from use of your unit or accessories. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW(S) HYPASPARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, PRODUCTS OR FUNCTIONALITY, BUSINESS, CONTRACTS, REVENUES, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, INCREASE COSTS OR EXPENSES, OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL LOSSOR DAMAGE OR LIFE EVEN IF IT IS NEGLIGENT. HOWEVER, LOCAL LAW MAY GIVE YOU ADDITIONAL REMEDIES IN DAMAGES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED
From the date the Product is sold to an end-user for the first time, as evidenced by official documentation, Hypaspark Warrants the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship ('Defect') for Twelve (12) months. If you wish to claim under this Warranty during a Warranty period, Hypaspark will, in a reasonable time, remedy the Defect free of charge by either repairing or replacing the defective Product or the defective part of it at its option provided that you have informed Hypaspark of the Defect before the Warranty period expires. When repairing or replacing your Product, Hypaspark may use new or re-conditioned parts or products. If you suspect that your Product may require service under this Warranty, please first visit www.hypaspark.com/support.html and follow any instructions on how to troubleshoot the suspected issue and how to proceed. You can also contact us for assistance. You can find information about how to contact Hypaspark in the sales package or from www.hypaspark.com. You will need to send your Product back to Hypaspark at your own cost. Before sending your Hypaspark back for repair please contact Hypaspark for return instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no repair or replacement will renew or extend the Warranty period. Original or replacement parts or replacement Products provided under this Warranty will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty period or for sixty (60) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
Hypaspark does not provide any Warranty for the following: ★ User guides; ★ Any normal wear and tear. ★ Errors or damage caused by: (a) misuse or not using your Product in accordance with the user guide, such as if the Product has been exposed to moisture, to dampness or to extreme thermal or environmental conditions or to rapid changes in such conditions, to corrosion, to oxidation, to spillage of food or liquid or to influence from chemical products, (b) using your Product with, or connecting it to, any product, accessory, or service not manufactured or supplied by Hypaspark, (c) any products combined with your Product by a third party, (d) other acts beyond Hypaspark's reasonable control. This Warranty is not valid: ★ If your Product, has been (a) opened, modified, or repaired without Hypaspark's authorisation, or (b) repaired with unauthorised spare parts; ★ If your Product's serial number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or if it is illegible in any way; ★ If you refuse to give possession of the Product to Hypaspark for repair and investigation. If this Warranty does not cover your Product or the service it requires Hypaspark reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of your Product, as well as a frieght handling fee.

This section is to tell me what you are planning on powering with the Hypaspark unit to make sure it won‘t be overloaded. This section is optional but not filling it out means you power your devices at your own risk. For devices that require something other than USB power you will need to purchase the Hypaspark v2.0, a Automotive power adaptor/cable is required. Automotive power cables can be bought off the shelf for most portable electronic equipment, or alternatively they can be made. If you want me to supply either a USB based or a Automotive power cable for your device simply indicate this below. "Description" is what the device is eg. Laptop, Portable DVD player, Pocket TV etc. "Brand" is the manufacturer of the device eg. Pioneer, ASUS, Lenovo etc. A "model number" would look something like DEHP7450MP, TX201LA "Input voltage" this is the voltage that the device requires to operate it is either indicated on the original mains power adaptor as the output voltage or it will be on the device itself either on the back, bottom or near where the power plug is. It will be written in Volts eg. 19VDC or 17V. "Current rating" will usually be next to the input voltage. It will be written in Amps eg. 3.15A or 5Amps.
